Refund & Cancellation Policy (Membership Plans)

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all paid subscription plans purchased on www.mart.itrosys.com.

1. Subscription Nature

  • All subscriptions are prepaid

  • Plans start from ₹499 + applicable taxes

  • A 30-day free trial may be offered to eligible vendors

  • Subscriptions grant access to premium listing and platform features

2. Free Trial Policy

  • Free trial is available only once per vendor/business

  • Trial misuse or multiple account creation may result in suspension

  • Trial features may be limited or changed without notice

3. No-Questions-Asked Refund Policy

We offer a no-questions-asked refund under the following conditions:

  • Refund request must be raised within [X] days of the paid subscription start date

  • Refund is allowed only once per user/business

  • Refund applies only to subscription fees

  • Taxes, payment gateway charges, or government levies are non-refundable

4. Refund Exclusions

Refunds will not be provided if:

  • Refund has already been claimed once by the user/business

  • The request is made after the refund eligibility period

  • The account is suspended for policy violations

  • The service has been misused or abused

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Users may cancel their subscription at any time

  • Cancellation stops future renewals only

  • No partial refunds for unused subscription periods

6. Refund Processing Time

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method

7. Plan Changes & Pricing

  • We reserve the right to change subscription pricing and features

  • Changes will apply only to future purchases or renewals
