1. Nature of the Platform

 www.mart.itrosys.com is an online B2B marketplace that enables:

  • Vendors / Sellers to list their business profiles, products, and services

  • Buyers / Users to browse listings and connect with vendors

We do not manufacture, sell, purchase, store, or guarantee any products or services listed on the Platform.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be 18 years or older to use this Platform.

  • Businesses registering as vendors must provide accurate and lawful information.

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false or misleading details.

3. Vendor Registration & Responsibilities

Vendors agree to:

  • Provide correct business, GST (if applicable), and contact information

  • Ensure that all listed products/services comply with Indian laws and regulations

  • Not list prohibited, illegal, misleading, or counterfeit items

  • Handle all buyer communications, pricing, delivery, warranties, and after-sales support independently

We are not responsible for vendor-buyer disputes.

4. Subscription Plans & Free Trial

  • Vendors may subscribe to paid plans starting from ₹499 + applicable taxes

  • A 30-day free trial Plan is offered to eligible vendors

  • Trial benefits may be limited and can be modified or withdrawn at our discretion

  • Paid subscriptions are non-refundable, unless required by law

  • Prices and features may change with prior notice

5. Payments & Taxes

  • All subscription payments must be made in advance

  • Prices are exclusive of GST and other applicable taxes

  • Vendors are responsible for their own tax compliance and invoicing

6. Buyer/User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

  • Use the Platform only for lawful business inquiries

  • Not misuse vendor contact details for spam, fraud, or harassment

  • Conduct independent verification before entering into any transaction

We do not guarantee the quality, pricing, or availability of any vendor offerings.

7. Role Limitation & No Guarantee

  • We act only as a facilitator

  • We do not verify vendor claims, certifications, or product authenticity

  • Any transaction, agreement, or dispute is strictly between buyer and vendor

8. Content & Intellectual Property

  • Vendors grant us a non-exclusive right to display their content on the Platform

  • You must not copy, scrape, or reuse Platform data without written permission

  • All logos, trademarks, and platform content belong to www.mart.itrosys.com

9. Prohibited Activities

You must not:

  • Post false, misleading, or offensive content

  • Attempt to bypass subscription payments

  • Upload malware or attempt unauthorized access

  • Use the Platform for illegal or fraudulent activities

Violation may result in immediate account termination.

10. Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate accounts without prior notice for policy violations

  • Remove listings that violate laws or platform guidelines

  • Modify or discontinue services at any time

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • We are not responsible for business losses, missed opportunities, or disputes

  • Platform uptime and availability are provided on a best-effort basis

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless www.mart.itrosys.com from any claims, losses, damages, or legal actions arising from:

  • Your use of the Platform

  • Your listed content or services

  • Violations of applicable laws or third-party rights

13. Privacy Policy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use data.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Continued use of the Platform implies acceptance of the revised terms.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Bengaluru, India.
