- Orders must be placed at least 24 hours in advance.
- Delivery is available within our service area.
- Exact delivery time will be confirmed during order booking.
- We strive for on-time delivery; however, slight delays may occur due to traffic or unforeseen conditions.
- Customers are requested to provide accurate delivery address and contact details.
Refund Policy
Customer satisfaction is important to us.
- Refunds will be processed in case of:
- Order cancellation within the allowed time frame
- Failure to deliver the order from our side
- No refunds will be issued for:
- Late cancellations
- Incorrect address provided by the customer
- If there are any issues with the order quality, please report within 2 hours of delivery for resolution.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
We understand plans can change, and we aim to be flexible.
- Orders can be cancelled up to 12 hours before the scheduled delivery time.
- Cancellations made within 12 hours of delivery may incur a partial charge.
- Once the food preparation has started, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
