Refund Policy
At Redbud Flower– Bangalore, we take great care in preparing fresh, customized floral arrangements for every order. As our products are perishable and made specifically for each event, the following policy applies:
- No Refund Policy:
All orders are non-refundable. Once an order is confirmed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. - Event Cancellation:
In the case of event cancellation by the customer, the amount paid will not be refunded, as materials and preparations are arranged in advance. - Order Changes:
Any changes to the order (design, quantity, delivery time) must be informed at least 24–48 hours prior to the scheduled delivery, subject to availability. - Same-Day Orders:
Orders placed for same-day delivery cannot be cancelled or modified. - Delivery Issues:
We ensure timely delivery as promised. However, delays caused due to unforeseen circumstances (traffic, weather, or external factors) will not be eligible for refunds.
